Hard Reset (Factory Reset)<\/h1>\n

If you forget your lock sequence and backup PIN, you will have to perform a hard reset to gain access to your phone.<\/p>\n

WARNING!<\/span><\/p>\n

Performing a hard reset deletes all of your user data, which includes pictures, videos, and music saved to your internal memory. Please make sure to back up your information prior to performing a hard reset.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  1. \n

    Turn the phone off.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Press and hold the following keys at the same time:\u00a0Volume Down Key<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0+\u00a0Power\/Lock Key<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0on the back of the phone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Release the\u00a0Power\/Lock Key<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0only when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the\u00a0Power\/Lock Key<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0again.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Release all keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Press the\u00a0Power\/Lock Key<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0to continue or either of the\u00a0Volume Keys<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0to cancel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Press the\u00a0Power\/Lock Key<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0once more to confirm or either of the\u00a0Volume Keys<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0to cancel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
