UniFi Controller Configuration Steps<\/p>\n

  1. AP adoption process has been described in user guide and FAQ, and we will omit those steps here.<\/li>\n
  2. To create WLAN, go to \u201cSettings\u201d > \u201cWireless Networks\u201d on the controller.<\/li>\n
  3. Create WLAN \u201cvlan10_mgmt\u201d (e.g.), wpa-psk security. Do NOT set VLAN ID ( see management vlan j\u00e4\u00e4b untagitu`ks switchi konfis).
    \nThis is because the VLAN 10 is already untagged on the AP plugged-in ports so we will let switch take care of that.<\/li>\n
  4. Create WLAN \u201cvlan20_user\u201d in Open (e.g). In \u201cAdvanced\u201d panel, check \u201cVLAN\u201d and \u201cUse VLAN ID\u201d to 20.<\/li>\n
  5. Create WLAN \u201cvlan30_finance\u201d in PSK (e.g.). In \u201cAdvanced\u201d panel, check \u201cVLAN\u201d and \u201cUse VLAN ID\u201d to 30.<\/li>\n
  6. Create WLAN \u201cvlan40_guest\u201d in Open (e.g.) and check \u201cGuest Policy\u201d. In \u201cAdvanced\u201d panel, check \u201cVLAN\u201d and \u201cUse VLAN ID\u201d to 40.<\/li>\n
  7. Wait for the config provision to AP and you should these 4 SSIDs being broadcasted in the air.<\/li>\n
  8. Use a laptop to connect to each WLAN and verify if the laptop can get a corresponding DHCP IP address.\n
